OPRO Co., Ltd., as a vendor developing/selling report softwares and providing SaaS via the Internet, raises a business slogan "Modesty, Sincerity, Progressiveness" and is working hard to enhance customers' satisfaction. Furthermore, to be an organization possible to achieve that goal, we protect his/her right and benefit and observe laws and regulations on personal information, while fully paying attention to our social responsibility on protection of personal information we handle.
In addition, to realize following policies, we declare that we build the system of personal information protection management and keep improving it while always paying attention to trends in the latest IT technology, trends in logistics risk, changes in social demands, changes in the business environment, etc.
a) We properly acquire and use personal information within the scope of previously specified using purpose for personal information handled in the business related to product sales/support, employment, personnel management etc. We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary for achieving the purpose (use outside purpose). e) We will review the personal information protection management system in a timely and appropriate manner based on changes in the environment surrounding us and continuously promote the improvement.
