Easy to Use
Easy Merge PDF has a user friendly interface. The step by step wizards, built-in templates, inline help and guidelines make generating PDF sales documents merged with Salesforce.com data, simple and easy. It also provides an easy interface to manage tax and discount calculation in a flexible manner to suite user requirements. The existing default templates can be changed with customized templates.
Built-in Templates
Use professionally designed high quality templates to generate sales documents in PDF format. The Easy Merge PDF offers 15 pre-designed Visualforce (PDF) templates. There are three templates in each of the five template categories, Quotation, Order Form, Invoice, Delivery Note and Multi Order Invoice.
Minimize Manual Processing
OPROARTS Apps Easy Merge PDF reduces the need of manual processing by automatically calculating the tax rates, discounts and other values.
Secure
The application is 100% native and uses Force.com technologies including Apex and Visualforce. It does not store the customer data on any location outside the Salesforce.com. All the processing is done within Salesforce.com. The documents are generated at the Salesforce.com servers and downloaded to the client side. This protects the security and privacy of customer data.
Multiple OS & Browser Support

Easy Merge PDF supports flexible taxing mechanisms such as piggyback taxing and territory based taxing. You can maintain tax profiles to supporting multiple jurisdictions.
Flexible Discounting Options
Easy Merge PDF also supports special discount calculations that enable a user to mass update the discounts of items through a wizard. A user has the option to either apply discounts as a percentage or amount on individual opportunity items or on the entire opportunity total.
Customize Remittance Details
![]() Easy Merge PDF allows users to easily manage the bank accounts used for remittance in merged invoices. Users can specify multiple bank accounts and will be able to select one of these accounts during document merging.
Template Customization
![]() Built-in templates can be further customized by adding images, text, changing page layout and formatting through Cascading Style-Sheets. Users can also create their own templates to suite their requirements and add them to Easy Merge PDF. It is also possible to change the template thumbnail, caption, paper orientation and the paper size used as required.
Add Custom Fields
![]() Easy Merge PDF also allows the users to include custom fields of standard objects into the generated PDF documents. In addition, it supports adding fields from custom objects related to Opportunity or Accounts objects to the template as desired, to customize the generated documents.
Conditional Formatting

Auto Adjusted Row Heights
Row heights will be automatically adjusted to accommodate the contents of the cell. So, the user will not have to worry about whether the report content will be properly visible to the receiver of the document.

Repeating Page Header/Footer
Provides more control over the custom page header and custom page footer by allowing the user to control the repetition, formatting and size etc. of the custom page header and custom page footer to suite the user’s will.

Generated Document Control
Users can enable/disable the templates used in the wizards as they wish, to restrict and control the styles and the types of documents generated through the wizard.
Add Cover Pages & Brochures to Documents
Allows to generate and include a customer specific cover page to a document, according to a pre-designed template, at the time of document merging.Similarly you can also include pre-designed brochures that promote your products or services.

Page Number Reset for Mail Merged Documents
This feature allows resetting of page numbers when merging to multiple recipients & multiple opportunities. This feature ensures that each recipient will receive his/her copy of correctly-page-numbered PDF document.
Merge Order Form to Quotation
Merge the Order Form, that may be used to confirm the order of the products or services, to the Quatation at the time of quotation generation.

If your report is paginated so that only the report summary is in the last page without any data rows, this feature will ensure that the last row of data is moved to the last page to be bound with the report summary to give a nicer look.

Batch Invoice Wizard
Allows you to process your invoices as a batch job increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of document generation process. Select the opportunities, click few buttons and all the processed invoices will be attached to your opportunities or you will be able to view them as a single document.

Batch Invoice
EM Batch Invoice is a new productivity function added to Easy Merge PDF which would save a great deal of your time in generating invoices. It has a user friendly GUI that allows you to merge multiple invoices in a few clicks by selecting relevant opportunities using Salesforce search. You can select the required opportunities and generate the invoices in to a single PDF document or attach the batch generated PDF invoices in to respective opportunities separately. |
